Atelier Haute Cuisine
ABOUT ATELIER HAUTE CUISINE
Atelier Haute Cuisine is a Belgian collective founded by Bernd Tyskens and Benny Conings. Like chefs composing unexpected recipes, the studio combines materials, stories and references into collectible objects, light sculptures and site specific installations. Positioned between art and design, each work transforms familiar elements through contemporary techniques and craftsmanship, revealing new narratives inspired by industrial heritage, technology and everyday life.
By assembling unexpected combinations of materials and meanings, the studio reinterprets overlooked elements and challenges the way we perceive the familiar. Often combining poetic narratives with unexpected contrasts and a subtle sense of playfulness, the work invites viewers to discover new perspectives within the everyday. From limited edition pieces to immersive installations, Atelier Haute Cuisine explores how objects and light can become vehicles for storytelling.
